Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during construction, but some disruption is normal during deck building projects. You are responsible for removing any items of value from the work area before we begin.
Permits and Regulations
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit costs are typically separate from the service quote and will be clearly itemized. All work is performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Changes to the Project
If you request changes to the project after work has begun, we will provide a written change order detailing the additional costs and any impact on the timeline. Work on changes will not begin until you approve the change order.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for work completed and materials purchased. Cancellation terms will be detailed in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
EndureCraft Four Corners Decks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Disputes and Resolution
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address them. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
